If a simple and
rapid title search is needed, we can
provide statewide title searches in
a very cost-effective manner. While
not complete abstracts of title nor
title insurance coverage, these
reports can give you the current
ownership of the property searched
as well as all mortgages, liens, and
judgments that may affect the
property. In addition, these reports
will provide the current property
tax information.

OCA has a staff of
highly trained and experienced
escrow closing personnel whose goal
is to see your sale, purchase or
refinance is completed. Once the
initial title work is completed, our
closing staff will then handle your
transaction in full. We will prepare
all closing statements, necessary
title documents, and disburse all
funds. We seek to serve all parties
as a third party fiduciary and
hopefully mediate any problems that
may arise.
